A developmental perspective on emerging adults includes the concept that young adults can't always learn from the mistakes of others. They often need to try things out and learn from their own experiences. I spend my days working primarily with this age group and love to watch them question, bump into the boundaries, straighten their course, and continue down their path successfully.
Organizations have the luxury of not needing to start from scratch, make mistakes, and redirect. I have successfully built two significant programs from scratch as well as grown and managed a private practice throughout the years. I've tried things out, made mistakes, and learned a lot along the way. I am confident in the skills these experiences developed in me to assess needs and identify best courses of action.
Don't waste time fumbling around. Let me share my knowledge and experience with you to help you launch your program more efficiently and smoothly by implementing the lessons I've learned in the course or program development.
